Use 'F' or double click, if these don't work then there's a bug. Setting to invalid because your request is not a bug, it's a feature request.

Changed in gnome-media-player:
status: New → Invalid

I also instinctively tried the Escape key to exit fullscreen mode.

How do I submit this as a feature request?

(I think GNOME Media Player is great by the way!)

I agree, Esc should exit fullscreen. I simply thought that guigui14100 was complaining that there was no key when this was not the case.

I'm not in the habit of implementing requests but this one is very easy and I think that it should be the default behaviour. I'll do it now.

I've committed a change so the escape key now exits fullscreen. Should be available in the next release.
