Bug Description
Binary package hint: elinks
Please add -dump-charset %{charset} to the line in elinks.mime so that when the mailcap entry is called by another program, the program can request the proper character set depending on its own context. This fixes, for example, problems with Mutt using elinks-via-mailcap as an autoview handler.
