Rename translation templates

Bug Description

It would be useful if template names could contain the chapter number.

If the chapter number is the first part of the name, they will be sorted after the chapter order.

This is a easy fix but could help translators alot.

I believe we left out the chapter numbers to make the course ware more
modular.

Correct, Torsten. Additionally, the chapter numbers are off by one as an additional chapter was added and now all the later chapter screenshots have the reference to the old chapter.

OK. But we can also change the template names only in Launchpad or at least set the priority...

For example, on this page:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu-desktop-course/trunk/+lang/ro

I would like to see the templates in the same order as they appear in the course.

This can also help translators with starting the translation from the first chapter.
