the patch is wrong, this should be synced instead:

pysvn (1.7.2-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Don't explicitely use the name of the site directory. Closes: #567960.
  * Provide python-pysvn. Closes: #556849.

I've a merge of pysvn ready for sponsoring:

pysvn (1.7.2-2ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * Merge with Debian unstable (lp:#523863). Remaining changes:
    + debian/control:
      - Build-Depend on libsvn-dev (main) instead of libsvncpp-dev (universe).

Yes, I've seen it and I've also checked the current Ubuntu delta.

pysvn 1.7.2-2 build depends on libsvncpp-dev (source package: rapidsvn). The Ubuntu delta replace libsvncpp-dev (which is universe) with libsvn-dev (which is in main). As pysvn is in main we need to keep this Ubuntu delta (unless there are plans to move rapidsvn to main).
