Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
A replaced 19 inch sreen with 22 inch. I use SIS Mirage 3+ graphical card and Karmic (9.10).
After adapting xorg.conf:
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
VendorName "Monitor Vendor"
ModelName "Monitor Model"
Option "HorizSync" 60-80 # zelf toegevoegd / added myself
Option "VertRefresh" 60-75 # zelf toegevoegd /added
EndSection
the next problem is to get the right resolution (1680 x 1050) . How can I fix that? (I just copied this to the questions section)

I gave up and in order to get the right resolution with the original 19 inch screen I had to: sisimedia xorg-driver- sisimedia_ 0.9-1_i386. deb
sudo apt-get purge xorg-driver-
and
sudo gdebi Downloads/
Maybe this action combined with other actions would solve the problem but I have up. xorg-video- sis” package : Ubuntu (24 February 2010) /answers. launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ xserver- xorg-video- sis/+question/ 101553
