Wizards only act on 80 rows by default

Bug Description
When you run a wizard from a tree view with the button "action", it will run the wizard on all displayed rows.
Unfortunately this limits it to the first 80 records by default.
It would be much better if it ran on all the records in the domain instead.

I set the importance to Wishlist, because we can't fix that now. I will discuss with the other developers to know if we can provide a bugfix or not for this release.
