Bug Description
We've currently seeing a few bugs involving Unicode. We need Unicode data in the sample data.
For this bug, just put some a) unicode filenames, and b) unicode file contents. In the long run, we should get lots of other Unicode data, but for now this is where the main difficulties lie.
