Pictag is not used

The pictag is not used. it's just plain text. nothing special. eg http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/global/3/detail/

You're tying people into using these applications so I'd be against it. Making teams feel they have to have a presence here. so I'd be -1 on it

My suggested solution for this bug: if the team decides on a pictag, show emblems of several picture sites that link to their search pages with that pictag. If the team does not pick a pictag, don't show anything.
