flash printer dialog prints only to default CUPS printer

3. Flash ignores cups-pdf printer selection and sends the document to my laser printer instead

the Flash plugin seems to print to whatever printer is set as the system default, and ignores the actual printer select menu.
changing the default printer to cups-pdf allows printing to PDF file, but then doesn't allow printing to any other installed printers.
