Bug Description
Binary package hint: apt
That message always appear untranslated in Synaptic, update-manager and IIRC on software-center.
It seems to come from the 'apt-all' template, where it is translated in my locale (ca) but according to bug 446277, it seems that the 'apt-all' domain it's not being used by apt.
