Bug Description

Hello,
In Openerp we can create same name shortcut N times which is logically wrong.
There should allow unique shortcut.

why to blame programmers everytime?
when you add a shotcut,dont you see it on toolbar?

There certainly are users who add shortcuts without looking at the toolbar, and others who double-click when simple click is needed. It's common among the less "computer literate".
I don't see a use case for duplicate shortcuts, so this bug is valid IMHO.
The client should give a negative feedback when an item is added twice - I think a beep would be fine.
