According to the changelog, this was fixed in karmic: 18-1karmic1) karmic; urgency=low

wasted download for the user as it installs the contents of this very
package
And I cannot reproduce it in Lucid. Is it still an issue for you ? Could you please try with the latest release - Lucid Lynx ? installer
