Bug Description
cmd_uncommit uses raw_input() function.
This cause the hung when bzr runs under GUI.
ui.get_bool() should be used.
There are three raw_input in bzrlib. 2 are in builtins.py and 1 is in clean_tree.py

This was fixed recently in the 2.1 series and should be in 2.1.0 final.
