Bug Description
LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE... statement is currently not enabled.
In RBR level replication this load processing should be safe.
Enable this load version and verify by testing.

Non-local LOAD DATA should be enabled too. It is also safe in RBR mode. And it makes perfect sense in LANs.
