Bug Description
Trying to install ubuntu on a b100s sparc blade for which netboot is the only option fails because the cassini network driver is not enabled in the kernel. This driver was added somewhere around 2.6.13 or 2.6.14.
Device Drivers -> Network device support -> Ethernet (10 or 100Mbit) -> Sun Cassini support

Hi Ben,
we are missing the cassini.ko driver from d-i. If you can pull from .15 branch on people, the fix is already committed.
