Please sync libcommoncpp2 1.7.3-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We can sync the package as debian has fixed ftbfs with gcc 4.4

Changelog since current lucid version 1.7.3-1ubuntu1:

libcommoncpp2 (1.7.3-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix FTBFS due to invalid constant string to char* conversion in
    src/cidr.cpp (added const_cast_conversion.dpatch) (Closes: #560463)
