sip import error under oem-config-kde

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

using oem-config-kde the following error is shown in oem-config.log and the system comes up in kdm instead of oem-config.

RuntimeError: the sip module implements API v7.0 but the PyKDE4.kdeui module requires API v6.0

syslog and oem-config.log attached.

The kdebindings package hasn't built yet on armel due to bustage lower down in the stack. (Uninstallable build-depends)

...and kdebindings builds python-kde4, which needed a rebuild for an sip transition.

yes, sorry for not updating the bug yet, that was already discussed on IRC, i just didnt note it down here.
once kdebindings is there and i see oem-config working i'll close it.
