Problem of Mute and no mute

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

1) I put the sound muted (press key volume -)
2) I go to the apple t> Sound Preferences and I increase the sound by sliding the button (at maximum)
3) I will start no sound, so I don't press the key volume +
