See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa363858(VS.85).aspx:
> To specify a COM port number greater than 9, use the following syntax: "\\.\COM10". This syntax works for all port numbers and hardware that allows COM port numbers to be specified.

I have about 100 i-gotu connected by USB Hub cascade. I cannot open com more than 9.

Ok, I have no idea if it works with 100 gps trackers :-), but the fix is now commit to trunk (but untested).

Thanks Michael,

now the port is recognized also over 9. But if the igotu is connect by Hub i retrieve first error code -1 (device responded with error code -1) and if I retry execute igotu2gpx (for info) it say that is unable to send data to the device:
