The current plan is to re-build lemmas as annotations, and then to add the ability to automatically suggest lemmas when un-lemma'd words are selected. A more general implementation of this would be to allow for an annotation-suggester, in which the system automatically suggested annotations (and annotation trees) that have been assigned to similarly spelled targets, elsewhere in the document. This feature may want to offer an annotation-type filter, in which suggestions are limited to only those annotations whose type is in the filter list. For example, the lemma suggester would then be implemented as this general annotation suggester, with the type "lemma" in the suggester's type filter.
