Bug Description
Binary package hint: regexxer
On this machine, regexxer works perfectly on karmic, fails on lucid. Regexxer is stable and has not been changed for awhile. I have tried this with the pre-compiled program obtained via Synaptic, and also by compiling from source on this machine, same result. Lucid was in-place upgrade from karmic at alpha 2 phase. When regexxer launches, it appears OK at first. It can find files. But when attempting search and replace, it crashes. If launched from Terminal, here are the error messages, which appear immediately upon launch before the application is used:

OK, this problem is due to a bug in the development branch of gtkmm which has been fixed upstream already. The fix will be included in the next unstable release of gtkmm, 2.19.5.
