Bug Description

I can't use epiphany's rss extension to add feeds.

Solution: add dbus (libdbus-cil?) dependency to blam.

On Dapper adding "libdbus-1-cil" to the Build-Depends is sufficient to enable the DBus RSS support. I just rebuilt Blam with the added DBus dependency and Epiphany RSS subscription is working.
