Bug Description
I'm used to mouse wheel up causing the volume to increase, and mouse wheel down causing it to go down. With indicator-sound it's doing the opposite.
This might be an actual design decision, I don't know. I hope not though. :)

No, that's a bug. The design document says "clicking a mousewheel up or down should increase or decrease the volume respectively". https:/
