Bug Description

When the user changes the GTK theme, Synaptic and other applications that are opened with administrator privileges do not change your theme. I searched for a solution on Google and found that it is due to the fact that the change of the topic applies only to the user with normal privileges, but will not switch to root user. This is a bug that can be easily corrected with a few commands, namely:

sudo ln-s /home/username/.icons /root/.icons
sudo ln-s /home/username/.fonts /root/.fonts
sudo ln-s /home/username/.themes /root/.themes

I'm not a geek, but enough that this issue be also changed to root user. Obviously it should not ask every time the administrator password to change GTK theme, icons and font.

This bug is not even as big as I believe should be corrected for Lucid Lynx, because you can not have a window that has a theme that was used years ago. Lucid should greatly improve the user experience so it would be useful to correct this bug.

PS: The icon to select all the updates for me is horrible, should be modernized
