easier initial balance creation

When creating an account, it isn't always obvious how to enter the initial balance.

Maybe using a message panel (as used when creating recurring transactions) to say something like "Your account has been created." with a button "Add initial balance", that enables a box an amount field next to it, where you can enter it and it will enter the transaction with date today and description "Initial balance"?

I decided to hopefully address this a little more simply by setting the new transaction description box text to "Initial balance" (translatable, of course), as a cue to the user along with the flashing plus button, that this is where they can enter the starting balance.

I was worried that, besides being a non-trivial amount of work, creating the first transaction in a completely different way (as originally described) than the rest could leave the user confused as to how to enter future transactions and provide an inconsistent experience. It seems better to better direct the user to the new transaction area with some hints.
