Bug Description
Add two separate features taking the place of the ivle-marks utility.
First, on the subject page for a lecturer or admin (not tutor), add a link to a new view with a table showing all students and their individual marks (done/total or percentage) for each worksheet.
Second, on each worksheet page, for a lecturer, tutor or admin (possibly even students as it isn't confidential), replace the ul showing each exercise with a coloured dot with a table showing the same, and also the number of students IN THIS SUBJECT who have completed/attempted the exercise (and a percentage). Also show the average number of attempts.

Also needs to have a view for downloading the marks as a CSV file. (This is necessary so that lecturers can scriptfully put them into their mark books).
