Bug Description

Binary package hint: chromium-browser

When I mouse over the divider between Title and URL in the "title bar" of the main window - the mouse pointer changes to a bi-directional arrow, but doesn't allow dragging to resize.

Thanks for reporting this bug. I'm having difficulty reproducing it though. Please could you provide a screenshot? Also, are using the classic or GTK+ theme? Do you have the system title bar displayed or hidden?

I have included a screenshot. Interestingly, what I see on the screen does not match what is captured by the screenshot. On screen the mouse pointer changes to a bi-directional arrow (left-right) suggesting you could adjust the size - on the screenshot you only see a regular pointer.

How do I determine if I am using a classic or GTK+ theme(s)?

Having Compiz ON or OFF has no impact on the issue (if that helps).

This same feature is working as expected with "Google Chrome" just not in Chromium

Ah, I see... confirmed now. You can check which theme you are using on the "Personal Stuff" tab of the Options dialog. The classic theme is enabled by default.

upstream was closed as wontfix as now the bookmark manager in new tab. closing the bug here too,
