Bug Description

After bad use of filter I cannot restore original colors.

How I do it :
- open gdf
- use spatialization algo
- I use partition window
- *!* I drag partition filter 'in degrees' or 'out degrees' (I do not remember)
- I click on 'apply' all data disappear
- I click on 'reset' all data come back but not with good color (only in kind of transparency)
- I delete the filter but it doesn't changed.

See attached picture.

You said "I click on 'apply' all data disappear". What do you mean exacly, you click on "Select" or "Filter"? on the filter module.

If I understand well, this may be a bug with "Select" function in filter, that doesn't unselect nodes. A workaround may be to set Rectangle selection to reset.

Sorry for the misaccurracy, I clicked on Select and when I re click on Select, nodes are not unselected. (You workaround works on it)
