Bug Description

Short explication :
When using the gconftool-2 command from the gnome-terminal, it works like a charm. The action I set is done and the value is correct in gconf-editor.
But When the same command is ran from a ssh connexion (with the same user), the action is not performed and the valeu is not set coorectly for the user context.

Exemple :
/usr/bin/gconftool-2 -s -t bool /desktop/gnome/remote_access/enabled true
This command enable the vncd remote access.
It works when run in a terminal on the machine, we can see it here :
/usr/bin/gconftool-2 -g /desktop/gnome/remote_access/enabled
which return "true"

But when the same command is done via a ssh connexion, the command
/usr/bin/gconftool-2 -g /desktop/gnome/remote_access/enabled true
return "false" from the desktop command line and don't activate the vmc remote access
