Bug Description

Binary package hint: grub-installer

grub2 is getting support for passwords (hashes too), but there's no way to preseed that information to the config files. I haven't looked at it in detail, but looks like just adding a file in /etc/grub.d/ with the needed bits is enough.

hum no, the users have to be listed for every boot option, so it's not as easy as I thought.. Like http://grub.enbug.org/Authentication points out, grub-mkconfig probably needs to be changed as well.
