After returning from sleep mode gwibber doesnt refresh tweets

Bug Description

Everytime I return from hibernating or sleeping mode it seems that gwibber disables the "write message box" and doesnt refresh tweets ... (the menu item "Refresh" turn disabled)
I have to restart the application to get gwibber working again.

After some tests, let me update this bug report:

Gwibber just disables the "write message box".
