package flashplugin-installer 10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.10.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script hangs on download

Installer crashes on package download. Tested on multiple computers, virtual and real. GENERALLY, it takes 5-9 tries to get it working, then once it is working will work fine on all systems for the rest of the day. Sometimes that's not the case.
