Can not print big documents in HP 6015 using the right ppd

Hi, i am having lots of troubles to print big [>400 pages and lots of colors] documents on my HP CP6015 color laserjet. I have samba set up ok, cups set up ok, i can print small jobs just fine. I am using the right PPD for the printer.
I think the problem is in the ppd because i can print the same document just fine in a HP4200dtn, using its own ppd of course.
I dont think the problem lies in cups or samba , cause when i choose the right printer in windows print dialog and chose print to file, i can see the output file is also truncated. Just a few Kilobytes.
Any ideas ? I can print just fine if i export the printer in RAW mode and use the driver for windows , but i want to use the ppd the same way i use in all other printers in the servers.

i have tried both HP Color LaserJet cp6015 hpijs pcl3, 3.9.12.29 AND HP Color LaserJet CP6015 Postscript (recommended) PPDs and get the same bad behaviour.
