Bug Description
To reproduce:
- Create a new view
- at the Edit Access page, add Public access
- input an invalid date in either the From or To field
- click save

A partial solution is made in ca50981. This sets a session error rather than a pieforms error for invalid date fields. While this fixes the layout problems, ideally we would better identify the offending field.
