Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I just added my first podcast feed to rhythmbox. It downloaded the list correctly, but when I click 'Control' -> 'Play' I get an error: "Problem occurred without error being set. This is a bug in Rhythmbox or GStreamer." When I just click the play-button I get this error: "Nothing to play". It displays a 'loading-bar' though on the album-cover when using control -> play.
When I double click on an item, it starts downloading it and when finished it disappears from the list and so doesn't play anything. When I go to the folder where it's downloaded, I can open it and play it, so it is downloaded correctly (and thus the podcast is available correctly).

I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 and '0.12.5-0ubuntu5.2 (rhytmbox)'

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better, however the report is missing some information, may you please run rhythmbox as: rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt ; perform the steps to reproduce the bug and attach that resulting log file to the report? Thanks in advance!.

I really would like to help, but I have no idea where to look for this rhythmbox-debug.txt.
I suppose this jumper is correct: "rhythmbox %U --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt"?

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue? Please have a look at http://www.ubuntu.com/download to know how to install that version. Thanks in advance.
