Bug Description

Binary package hint: gsynaptics

Gsynaptics loads and runs and is configured correctly in xorg.conf and gsynaptics-init is in the desktop startup list. I uncheck disable
touchpad and it works. The touchpad remains off for about 30 seconds and then just turns back on. If I recheck the gui, the check
box is back on.

Ah wait, this may be a feature clash. System->Mouse->Touchpad "disable mousepad while typing" was on, so every time I stop
typing it turns on the mousepad. Perhaps GSynaptics should know about this setting or the two should be unified.
