More padding between lp: links

There should be more padding around (at least on the left and right of) links on launchpad. On the merge review page, for instance, the lp:~foo/bar/baz is very, very difficult to highlight for copy-and-paste, you end up highlighting the entire box.

Having some padding on the left and right would fix this issue.

Neil, some padding was added as part of another branch, does this look sufficient now?

So I think this is fixed for Mozilla based browsers. The remaining issues with Webkit-based ones is, I think, a Webkit issue rather than a Launchpad one (doesn't understand that the user most-likely wants to select text on button-down + motion rather than empty areas of the page!).
