Export-text-to-path doesn't wok with export-plain-svg (CLI)

When using the command line interface, the following command does not covert text to path:

inkscape filename.svg --export-plain-svg=filename.svg --export-text-to-path

No error is given, but the text is not converted.

imho not a bug - from the manual:

-T, --export-text-to-path
Convert text objects to paths on export, where applicable (for PS, EPS, and PDF export).

I have a workaround that is mostly working for me:

inkscape FILENAME --select=OBJECT-ID --verb=ObjectToPath, --verb=FileSave, --verb=FileClose

Although it would be nice to have verbs work without gui or in shell.
