Bug Description
Add methods or functions to save and load larrys to csv, where the format is
label0, label1, ..., labelN, value
label0, label1, ..., labelN, value
label0, label1, ..., labelN, value
label0, label1, ..., labelN, value
Use totuples and fromtuples to create the function.
Should this go in io.py as save_csv/load_csv or as a larry methods tocsv and fromcsv.?
