it looks like your metacity package doesn't come from the -proposed or -main repository. Downgrading it and upgrading metacity-common to the version -proposed should fix your problem.
To do this open a terminal and enter the following command:
$ sudo apt-get install metacity=1:2.28.0-0ubuntu2 metacity-common
