Bug Description
Yarko had mailed us that registration coupons were available but after logging into the registration page, I still see the "You have not paid for your registration...." message.

Closing this bug as Yarko confirmed this is a known issue with the registration system. Applying for a coupon yourself, recalculates the balance. However when the web-admins apply it, its re-calculated on the users next action and is visible when the user "refreshs" the page.
