budget report with multi years only show one year of budget

I've tried to create a budget report that include 2009 and 2010, but only budget amounts from 2009 are shown. (My budget have different amounts for each year.)

That's the way it is by design. You can only view one budget per report.
Several things have to be updated before it can show multiple reports.

This problem exists within the same single report that I am querying the info... it really isn't "multiple reports". Regular values from the ledger have no problem overlapping years... it would be nice if this could be implemented in a future version... but until then I will just export two reports into a spreadsheet.

Sorry, I meant multiple budgets, not reports.
And budgets are not regular values. For instance, you can have multiple budgets for the same year, and you have no way, at the moment, to select the default budget for each year.
This will be implemented at some point, but for now, it is the way it is.
