Don't show Helpers for apps I don't have installed

Bug Description

I feel like as we progress Docky is probably going to end up with a whole lot of helpers.

So to keep things a little easier to manage, I propose that (by default) we only show helpers for applications that are installed.

That isn't to say that we would disallow viewing all helpers. Only that it would be more helpful to see the ones that you can actually use.
