No User Name in the Title of Related Bugs Page Users/team

Bug Description
While we are in the Bugs Page of a User or Project and then clicking the 'List all related bugs' link, then it will take us to the Related Bugs page of the corresponding User or Project.
In the title of that page its showing 'Related Bugs'.
But it would have been better if shown like 'Related Bugs: User Name' or 'Related Bugs: Project Name'.
This would help users while they are going for a tabbed browsing pattern to identify the tabs easily.
Rest of the pages are showing the title in a similar manner.
For eg: 'Assigned Bugs: User Name', 'Commented Bugs: User Name', 'Reported Bugs: User Name', etc.

I believe the view that generates the page has over ridden the default behaviour to create a page title from the bread crumbs.
