usb mouse lagging and network hang

I found a very serious problem.On my IBM Thinkpad R31,after using usb mouse a long time(almost 30 mins)the mouse will suddenly become lagging(little red point won't) and the network hang.Can't ping out anymore.eth0/ra0 turning off then turning on will not work.Only reboot will become OK.This is new situation I found that never happen on 5.10.

in 6.10 it's all right now(very less happen).But in earily 6.06 it indeed be.Almost happened during operating firefox (Maybe other network programs?).

if this is an issue, its probably not a firefox one. so reassign appropriatey as soon as we know that this is still an issue.
