It seems the problem is lmms and rhythmbox !

I recreated the situation when it occurred.

I was playing with LMMS (linux multimedia studio system) and closed it!
Then after some time i wanted to play some music (to forget those I created :) )
Rhytmbox failed !

Now I have tried the situation again:
Run lmms from terminal
with open terminal and when exiting lmms

> QThread: Destroyed while thread is still running

> lmms does not close and keeps itself running ... is open/close multiple times ... it keeps multiples instances of lmms running with waiting channel msg "futex_wait_queue_me".

If the lmms process it killed from system monitor, all becomes alright again.

Using gdb (http://lmms.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?title=How_to_report_bugs)
it shuts down :

[New Thread 0xb7d0bb70 (LWP 16275)]
[New Thread 0xb2c0ab70 (LWP 16276)]
[New Thread 0xb2409b70 (LWP 16277)]
[New Thread 0xb094cb70 (LWP 16278)]
[New Thread 0xb014bb70 (LWP 16279)]
[Thread 0xb014bb70 (LWP 16279) exited]
QThread: Destroyed while thread is still running
[Thread 0xb094cb70 (LWP 16278) exited]
[Thread 0xb7d0bb70 (LWP 16275) exited]

So it seems it's not a rhytmbox bug but a lmms bug as the lmms does not release the resources (ALSA?)!

This issue already has been fixed in LMMS' Git repository. Either package version 0.4.7 which will be available soon or include commit 5309e7a3742dbb150d5d8d9abf5b64c45fa3d33e as a patch.
