Nvidia driver version 173 didn't end, stopping DKMS module never ended

Bug Description
I tried to upgrade nvidia driver from version 173 to 185, but DKMS stopping modules phase of uninstalling process didn't end in 1 hour or so, so I restarted and couldn't finish the uninstallation in just one step
