Bug Description

Both the cando.message package and the schooltool.intervention package define a view called "addMessage.html" on the IAdding interface through old <addform .../> directives. If you use both, the server won't start because of the conflict. A quick fix would be to change the name of one of the views.

I vote to make changes in schooltool.intervention. In general, i'd like all <addform ...> directives rooted out from ST and replaced with something contemporary. The + views are evil, as are the generated **classes named '+'**.
