Luit hangs on process exit

Funny, I was just searching if this one was reported yesterday and since it wasn't (then) I planned on reporting it today. Will report it upstream (I have tested with a git-master which admittedly isn't much different from 1.0.4).

This is included in luit 1.0.5 that was tagged today. Would be nice to have this fixed in Lucid.
