Bug Description

Hi,

bugs.launchpad.net/pillar has a "Hot Bugs" list, which shows recently touched bugs.

LP now has a concept of "Bug Heat" that provides an ordering on top of bugs.

With the introduction of "Bug Heat" I would assume that any list called "Hot Bugs"
would be the bugs with the most heat in that pillar, however the list still shows the
same as before.

Therefore I propose either:

  * Change "Hot Bugs" to "Recently changed bugs"
  * Change the list to show the top 10 bugs when sorted by bug heat.
  * Show both a "Hot Bugs" list based on bug heat and a "Recently changed bugs" list.

Thanks,

James

Hmm... I thought this changed for 10.01 - though I might be wrong. Deryck, can you shed some light on this?

My branch linked to Bug #442170 was the fix that created proper "Hot bugs" list for a bugs home page. It was backed out at the last minute for 10.01 due to performance reasons with Ubuntu's bugs home page. I have a new branch that fixes this, and will link it here and at that bug after I've done a bit more testing to feel confident the performance problem won't happen again.

Cheers,
deryck
